Business challenge

Development of a CRM system for the collection, tracking and management of state purchases in a separate state. The state wants to participate in public procurement, and to facilitate their work they created the CRM, which automatically collects all available orders, splits them according to the criteria and saves them in the system. Then, all these orders are processed by personnel and taken into operation.

The project was developed for public procurement, namely: the collection of all orders at the federal level and the selection of suitable projects for a separate state. The staff sets the criteria and conditions for the selection of projects, the search system selects all orders according to the specified criteria and sends the matching projects for processing. Then the managers, who are responsible for the processing of orders, scan the list of all the relevant queries, process them in the CRM system and bring them to deal closure stage.
