One engineering team, clients worldwide

The company started in Chernivtsi and now works out of three offices. What moved between them is a way of working, not a process document.

It began in 2016 as a small engineering team in Chernivtsi. A second office opened in Lviv, where we are members of the Lviv IT Cluster, and the commercial entity now sits in Warsaw.

The majority of our customers come from Swiss, French, Dutch, UK, German, Swedish and US markets. We also have clients from the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Australia. We work with companies of different sizes – from early-stage startups with 1-2 founders to corporations with 3000+ employees.

Four principles that guide our work.

Expert engineering

We don’t simply execute a brief. Our engineers bring product thinking to the table, challenge what doesn’t make sense, and help find the right technical solution.

Agents draft, people decide

Agents write, review and cover code across most of a build. The decisions that are expensive to reverse stay with a named engineer, who owns them after launch as well as before it.

You can reach the partners

The managing partners answer clients and engineers directly. An escalation is one message, and it lands with someone who can change the outcome.

The commercial shape bends

Terms, engagement model and team size are all negotiable. The people are the fixed part: engineers stay with a product rather than rotating to balance a bench.

The founding team

They have 25 years of experience building engineering organisations, scaling delivery teams, and shipping products across the USA and Europe.
