GovTech data modulePrice Module for Public E-Procurement System
Prozorro is a complex government-owned system through which public procurement in Ukraine is conducted. For public buyers, setting a realistic budget used to mean collecting prices by hand from many sources. ImproveIT built a price module into Prozorro Market, its electronic catalogue: it calculates current prices from real procurement data and shows them right on the portal. It has been live since May 2026.

Business challenge
Prozorro Market is the electronic catalogue of Prozorro, Ukraine’s public e-procurement system, where public buyers purchase standard goods. Before each purchase a buyer has to set its expected value, and finding reliable prices took time and manual research across many sources.
The data to answer that already lived inside the system. The task was to turn it into current, objective prices for catalogue products, show them where buyers already search, and build it all into Prozorro’s live catalogue, on its existing services and release process, including Prozorro’s own code review and testing.
Our scope included
- Analysing the requirements with the Prozorro team and agreeing the specification and architecture
- A price module that calculates current product prices from procurement data
- Price ranges, sorting by price and price history in the Prozorro Market interface
- Access to price data through the catalogue’s public API
- Documentation, automated tests and support through Prozorro’s testing and acceptance
Product overview
The price module gives every buyer a reference price without manual research. It analyses procurement in the catalogue automatically, calculates current prices for products and keeps them up to date.
Buyers see the price range right in search results, can sort products by price and can follow how a product’s price changes over time. It gives a clear guide for planning a budget and cuts the manual work of collecting prices.
